   Emergency Medical Care for Non-Citizens (CAWEM)

   Medicaid Eligibility for Seniors and Persons with Disabilities (Separate Website)
The Oregon Supplemental Income Program (OSIP and OSIPM) provides Medicaid eligibility and, possibly, a small cash supplement to people who are disabled, legally blind or age 65 or older. The OSIPM Medically Needy Program provides medical coverage to people who's income is too high to be eligible for the federal Supplemental Security Income (SSI) program.
