The Community Development Law Center provides legal services to non-profit organizations in Oregon. CDLC's attorneys represent affordable housing and economic development organizations in real estate, land use, construction, corporate, and employment matters. CDLC staff also conducts trainings in subjects such as housing finance, asset management, and the rights and responsibilities of non-profit board members.
