Due to limited resources, Legal Aid cannot provide legal assistance to all persons who may be income eligible for our services. Cases are accepted based upon staff availability, a legal evaluation, and priority factors which are established annually by the program's Board of Directors with input from the client community, staff, and interested members of the public.
